EXCELLENT Based on 23 reviews Posted on Google West TanfieldTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sue provides a very professional and knowledgeable service, very thorough, great communicator. Sue very quickly identified where my problem was, explained what was wrong and how manipulation and exercises would fix it. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the treatment and exercises reduced my discomfort after only one session. I highly recommend The Dales Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. 🙏👏Posted on Google Bel26Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sue is a highly experienced professional who manages to combine kindness and real "hands on" care, when treating you. Consultations are always thorough and mindful of you as an individual. I have had successful treatment for both short term sporting injury as well as longstanding back and shoulder issues. In a world of arms length treatment and all too often short, superficial physio sessions, without any actual physical examination and clear diagnosis, Sue is a very rare find. I would thoroughly recommend her.Posted on Google Angela GregoryTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recommend Sue 💯%. I have been treated for a fractured bone in my foot for the last 3 months or so, by her Sue has been wonderful. She has explained everything in detail, so I now know how my foot works. My injury happened just before Christmas 2025. The NHS have been nothing but useless. Thankfully I found The Dales Physiotherapy Clinic. Sue has now completed my treatment. I just have daily excercise to do now. I am very grateful for Sues professional approach, friendly chats. But mostly for getting my foot better. I will certainly recommend you to friends and family. Thank youPosted on Google Mike PalfremanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Following a back injury in 1986 that required surgery, I’ve occasionally needed help for related referred pain in my lumbar area, neck and shoulders. Over the years I’ve had treatment both on the NHS and privately paid. These have included chiropractors, osteopaths, acupuncture, physiotherapy and even reiki. Any relief would be temporary and I was sometimes left with more pain. A friend kept recommending Sue Addison but I dismissed the idea as I thought I needed more than a physio. Eventually I went to Sue following further recommendations from friends. The first appointment consisted mainly of questions from Sue followed by just a couple of minutes of gentle massage doing nothing to reverse my scepticism. Then as I stood up I realised how wrong I’d been. The improvement was instant and unbelievable! Not just pain relief but I felt more supple than I had in years and was buzzing with energy. Since that first visit 7 years ago, I see Sue perhaps once or twice a year and whether it’s for a bad back, stiff neck, shoulder pain or even a displaced rib, her treatments are nothing short of miraculous! A 5 star review doesn’t seem enough!Posted on Google Sylvia GreensitTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. In 2018 I had a fall landing on the back of my pelvis and resulting in a lot of pain. After numerous visits to the GP and being given various painkillers I was referred to the hospital for a steroid injection. This helped a little but the pain returned again making walking painful. A friend recommended I visit a physiotherapist called Susan Addison. I was fortunate to be able to get an appointment quite quickly. She gave me exercises to do which helped immensely and on my next visit she was very pleased with my progress. I saw her a total of 3 times and she assured me that a full recovery would be possible. If I continued the exercises. Today I still do the exercises regularly and walk pain free thanks to her expertise. I would highly recommend a visit to her for anyone experiencing similar pain. Thank you.Posted on Google Peter SnowdonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. In April 2018, I had extreme pain in my right shoulder and arm and was laid up for three weeks. The doctor could not help apart from prescribe very strong painkillers; indeed I couldn’t get from the car to the surgery without help. Sue diagnosed and treated it as a specific trapped nerve very quickly and I got immediate relief. With the help of the very simple but effective exercises she gave me I was able to go on holiday straight away and have not had a recurrence. Since then I have sent four people to her who have gained immediate relief from their long standing conditions. Having suffered from years of back pain, Sue has been absolutely brilliant at helping me to minimise my back pain and increase my movement and flexibility. Sue has taken a pragmatic and realistic approach to my rehabilitation exercises, that has taken my current employment and hobbies into consideration. Clearly very experienced and knowledgable in her field, I would 100% recommend Sue to assist with your physiotherapy requirement's.Posted on Google Lindsay HowardTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sue is the best physio I’ve ever had. She’s treated me for years for severe headaches, spinal damage back pain, nerve pain, neck pain, sports injuries and post car accident injuries. I’m fitter and now in the least pain I’ve been in 20 years all without serious medication. She is the reason I can successfully compete in my sport at a high level. She’s successfully treated many club members and my husband too. Thanks Sue you’ll always be my go to physio.Posted on Google Peter SteadTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot speak highly enough of Sue. I have been treated by Sue for a number of different issues over the years and have always found the treatment fantastic. Sue has such a wide and detailed knowledge and is not the kind of practitioner who doesn't get results!!Posted on Google Simon TomlinsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can highly recommend Sue at Dales Physiotherapy - a service I have been using for many years. Her vast physiotherapy experience can normally pin point issues & provide a successful remedy. Appointments are normally fairly quick with repeat follow ups arranged as required. I now book in for a 2 monthly check up to keep on top of my neck issues. Her sports background helps with many consultations as well. She's also got a good sense of humour 😃 Simon Tomlinson (very satisfied customer).Showing only 5 star reviews
